April 26's 10 Things to Be Happy About
1. Baby Powder - I used to use that for deoderant before I really knew what deoderant was because it soaked up the stench of my sweat. (I was young so I was a little silly) The smell is so fresh though so it smells nice.
2. Being Able to Read Music - I can read music because I play the piano and sing. I have tried to teach my boyfriend in the past but he didn't really get it. I am actually going to start playing the piano again this summer so I'm pretty excited to get back into the swing of playing every day.
3. Walking in the Woods - I love going for walks with my dad and our dog because it's nice to just spend time with dad and the dog and it's also so peaceful. The swaying of the tall trees in the breeze is always a peaceful sound as you walk beneath them.
4. Tortellini Alla Panna - Yea...I have no idea? I absolutely love tortellini however. It is my second favorite pasta dinner behind ravioli.
5. Ironed Sheets - Why iron them when you know that they are going to get wrinkly as soon as you crawl in bed. I feel like this is just an oxymoron idea because everyone knows the minute you lie down they won't be ironed any more. I guess if you're trying to show off a house or something it makes sense but otherwise, not really.
6. Retrieving Toasted Items - I am always the one to burn myself attempting to get anything toasted out of the toaster. I know that sounds ridiculous but it's a true statement. I wish that they flipped out when they were finished or had some contraption that would make them come high enough so I wouldn't burn myself trying to get it out of the toaster.
7. Preventive Measures - These are always a good thing to have because otherwise something worse could happen because you didn't take anything to prevent it. A good example of this is when couples baby proof their house because they do not want their newborn child to injure itself in any way shape or form.
8. Bubbles in a Water Cooler - Why would there be bubbles in a water cooler?
9. Not Eating a Meal if You Don't Want To - I remember when I was younger and my parents would make me eat every single meal even if I was not hungry. It drove me up a wall but I learned that it is healthy to eat three full meals a day and try to have something even if you are not hungry.
10. Hugging Someone Even if They are Angry With You - I love doing this because it shows how I care about them even though they are angry with me and how hopefully we will still be friends even after everything blows over.
